Human Resources Audits
We will assess your HR practices, ensuring that you are compliant with the key provisions of Alberta Employment Standards and Human Rights (Canada and Alberta), mitigating risks associated with non-compliance. HR Audits allow you to benchmark where your current HR practices stand compared to established best practices. We perform two types of audits.
Basic HR Audit
We will review your current processes for recruitment and selection, onboarding and compensation and the contents of your employee handbook. Gaps, if any, will be identified and we will provide recommendations based on best practices.
Advanced HR Audit
Caseley Consulting will complete a Basic HR audit, plus, we’ll take a deeper dive into the following areas: Performance management, employee files, payroll and WCB.
