Total Compensation Packages
We will review your current compensation package and ensure you are competitive within your sector and geographic location. You will receive a report on recommendations for a total compensation package, including information on best practices for administering them. If your organization doesn’t currently include health, dental, insurance or RRSP benefits, we can do the legwork for you and provide quotes, recommendations and assist with sign-up. Monthly benefit administration assistance is also available to answer questions from employees, sign-up new hires and remove exiting employees.
We will assist with:

- Designing a compensation program that includes establishing pay grades and ranges, and ‘pay for performance’ plans at individual, team and company-wide levels
